The HelpDesk, available via the Cavok website, www.cav-ok.com offers a simple interface for opening technical trouble tickets on any of the products sold and supported by Cavok.

For customers with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), the eSupport site will automatically forward and escalate tickets against the agreed response and escalation parameters of the SLA. Customers can also easily check the status of open tickets, and, browse the support database for information that may be useful in resolving technical issues.

We encourage our clients to use the site as an interface for any queries that they may wish to track progress on as this will create the most efficient route to information distribution as well as problem resolution.
